This Privacy Policy explains what information Marvellous BOTground collects, why it is collected, and how it is used when you use the Discord bot, Roblox verification system, custom character features, profile systems, PvP systems, website pages, and related community tools.

Authentication happens on Roblox's official login and authorization pages. Marvellous BOTground never sees or stores your Roblox password.
After authorization, Roblox provides a temporary authorization code used only to confirm your Roblox identity. Marvellous BOTground does not permanently store Roblox access tokens, refresh tokens, or authentication credentials.
When you create a custom character, the information you submit may become visible through bot commands and, if selected as Featured, on the Marvellous BOTground website.
Custom character content may include names, lore, stats, attacks, skins, images, videos, descriptions, and creator credit. Featured Characters are public community creations.
Marvellous BOTground may remove, reject, unfeature, or moderate custom characters that break server rules, contain inappropriate content, or abuse the system.
Images uploaded for custom characters and skins may be copied by the bot into Discord storage channels so they remain available even if the original upload link expires.
Videos uploaded for Featured Character attack references may also be sent to a review channel. These videos are used to review the Featured Character and, if approved, may be displayed on the website.
Marvellous BOTground provides public API endpoints for website features such as Featured Characters and update logs.
These public endpoints only expose information intended to be public, such as Featured Character data, images, lore, attacks, descriptions, videos, likes, and update logs.
Verification data is kept while your Roblox account remains linked to your Discord profile.
Custom character data remains stored while the character exists in the system. Featured Character data remains public while the character is published on the website.
Moderation records such as custom creation bans may remain stored while needed to prevent abuse.
Users may unlink their Roblox account through the verification system to remove stored Roblox verification data.
Custom characters may be deleted or removed according to the bot's custom character systems and moderation rules. If you need help removing your content, contact the Marvellous BOTground staff or support server.

We take reasonable measures to protect stored data, including using HTTPS, OAuth authorization, and server-side storage for verification and bot records.
No system is perfectly secure, but Marvellous BOTground avoids collecting sensitive information that is not required for the service.
